Is SPECIAL!

College Students & Teachers Have the Greatest Ones of ALL!

WELCOME!  Most likely, you are visiting this special "hidden" page by INVITATION.  There is only one, secret link to it from the primary website.  So -- for you to be reading this means that you either found that link by clicking at random -- or you learned about it via an ad that we ran in a very few, selected newspapers, saw its URL in one of a very few, selected Internet newsgroups, arrived here via one of a handful of links that exist on selected websites, saw a posted notice about it, or else someone told you about it.  (Or, of course, you might have entered a lucky combination of words into a search engine, such as Google.)  In short, this isn't a page that non-students or -educators are likely to see, except by accident. If you are a person who got here that way, congratulations on your good luck -- as you'll discover, farther down the page!  While on this hidden page, you'll learn some things that are of particular interest to students and teachers... who typically have 8-week-long-or-longer summer vacations.  Please read this important information first, and then click on the "Home" button at the bottom to get the rest of the story from the primary website.  And watch for details on this page that will tell you how you, as a visitor here, can obtain a special offer that is available nowhere else.

This entire website is optimized for viewing with most of the popular browsers.

If the idea of being paid to explore, and roam all over, your continent -- whether that continent be North America, Australia, or Europe -- appeals to you, then you may be very glad you visited this site.  NOW is the time to start considering how you'll spend (and enjoy!) the Summer of 2008!  Because it just may become the most fascinating summer that you'll ever experience!  Nicer still, once you've spent a summer this way, you may want to do it every summer after that!

There is a travel job that's performed right under our noses all the time, but most people don't even realize that it exists.  It employs more than 100,000 people in the USA and Canada, and several thousand Australians, within their nation.  And in Europe, as well.  It goes on all year 'round -- but in the summertime, thousands of additional people are needed, to provide the extra employees that the industry needs, due to summer's being its busiest season, productionwise.

Think about the way cars, pickup trucks, and minivans are delivered from their points of manufacture to the dealerships where they are sold.  Usually by truck, right?  And usually from in and around Detroit, and a few other cities, including major port cities.  However -- the job we are talking about here has absolutely NOTHING to do with trucking.

NOW think about this:  What about all of those OTHER vehicles we see out there on the highways?  The conversion vans, recreational vehicles (RVs) of all shapes and sizes, school busses, ambulances, UPS delivery vans, and even limousines.  We NEVER see any of those on trucks... for a very good reason.  They are almost never transported that way.  They reach their dealerships and customers by ordinary people -- NOT truck drivers -- driving them there.  It is because those drivers and their vehicles blend in perfectly with all the other traffic, that most people are unaware that this job exists!  And unlike the vehicles that are trucked, these vehicles don't originate from a mere handful of cities, either.  There are more than 3,800 manufacturing and modification sites for RVs and specialty vehicles in the USA and Canada, and almost 200 more in Australia.  If you live anywhere in the USA except the center of the Nevada desert, you probably live within easy commuting distance of 25 or more of those sites.

FAQ --- Frequently Asked Questions

What are the average earnings?

Earnings for the majority of the knowledgeable drivers who do this work (including students and teachers) average $1,000-$1,200 per week (expressed in U.S. funds).  Earnings of as much as $1,500/week are attained by many.  Pay scales vary from one company to another, since they all are independent entities.  Students and teachers working for 10 weeks therefore can expect to earn between $10,000 and $15,000.  More, for those having longer vacations.

Is a special driver's license needed?

In some states there is a class of license called a "chauffeur's license."  It is almost as easy to obtain as a regular operator's license.  Either of those is all that is required by the government to drive vehicles that weigh less than 26,000 lbs.  (That's 13 tons -- almost exactly the weight of a Greyhound bus.  All the vehicles we're talking about are smaller and lighter than that.)  Some individual companies require or prefer the CDL (commercial driver's license), but in those cases, Class B usually is sufficient.  (If you don't have a CDL, there are many companies that still don't require it.)

What about insurance?

ALL of the companies provide full coverage for drivers and the vehicles, while en route. We've never seen an exception to that.

What are the minimum age requirements?

Some companies require their drivers to be 21.  For most, however, it is 18.  A key reason for this is that most companies need supplemental drivers in the summer, and college students are their primary source of those drivers. As for everyone else, there is NO upper age limitation. You'll learn more about that, farther down.

How easy is it to get this job?

Applicants having good driving records, and availing themselves of our guidance, usually are hired within a week or less once they begin contacting prospective employers.  We make that process very easy!  The success rate for those who don't wait too long to start this process is almost 100%.

How does one "wait too long?"

The primary hiring season for summer work in this field is February through June... with March through June being the BEST months during which to apply.  What this means, of course, is that a company should be lined up, and a starting date agreed-upon and locked in, during or prior to that hiring period.  Then the driver simply begins work on the date specified, when summer vacation-time comes.  Students and teachers are learning about this job at an increasing rate, so the "earlier birds" get the best range of choices of employer, for doing this as a summer job. (Incidentally, these jobs often can be lined up even earlier than February, and many of the most enterprising students and teachers get cracking on this in the early fall of the year before, or even the previous summer!)

Is this work available to Canadians?

Yes.  The work is just as available in Canada as in the USA.  About 1 in every 3,000 people in both countries does this job either full-time, part-time, or seasonally.  There are more than 500 employment sites across Canada, when RV dealerships are included.  330 of those companies are manufacturers/modifiers or transporters of new RVs and specialty vehicles.  Our Handbook and Guide (described farther down in this page) contains the complete details for all potential employers in the USA, Canada, and Australia.

Can this be done by couples?

Couples comprise 40% of the entire workforce, for this job.  Knowledgeable couples doing this as a summer job, working together, typically realize average combined earnings of around $1,400 to $1,700/week, with pay averaging around $1,900/week being close to top end, for the better paying companies and/or ones offering an abundance of the longer trips.

What is the secret to being "knowledgeable?"

Xanadu Enterprises (whose website you now are visiting), has been the key gateway to this work for more than 25 years. For reasons that will become clear in the main website, we will enable you not only to access this job, but also to learn within just 4 hours all of the secrets of doing it right, for maximum earnings, that otherwise would normally would take a person three-to-four years or more to learn on their own, by trial-and-error.

You said that this is a "hidden" page, which is accessed almost exclusively by those who discover it.  Besides providing additional information, does visiting this page do even more for those who find it?

Yes.  When you visit the main website, you'll learn about the Handbook & Guide (the current 2007-2012 Edition), that has served for more than two decades as the primary gateway into this workforce.  It is not expensive... only about one-quarter to half of the price of a typical college textbook.  But you can save an ADDITIONAL $2.00 off of the price that's paid by the general public. To do so, you must follow THIS procedure:  Once you reach the Home Page, you will find a small, red square directly underneath the Index listings at the top of the page.  It's centered, there, and simply looks like part of the design of the page.  It is a secret LINK to a Special Order Page which gives this unique discount only to those who know about it, and go there. (Unless you already clicked on the other link to it, in the previous sentence.)

Are there any fringe benefits?

You mean BEYOND being paid to travel far and wide to your heart's content, visiting many places you may only have dreamed of seeing, and setting your own hours and days?  As a matter of fact, yes!  Wait until you learn about the frequent flyer miles you can get on your company-paid return trips.  Some of those details are provided in the primary website...  and the time to go there has arrived!

We now invite you to click on the button below, to get the rest of the details.
